The man behind the project is Gonçalo Malosso from Portugal, an experienced producer and sound engineer currently residing in London, UK. Overdrive is the culmination of more than a decade of studio production where he went through several artist aliases until he found his balance point. His music is characterized by intelligent design and high quality sound, a deep fat bassline and driving stories that are taking dancefloors worldwide to the next level. The fully charged music is the result of a deep melodic background supported by a driving psychedelic sound combining the best of both worlds into a unique sound experience, that is gaining fast recognition among the public with his powerful live performances and top ranked releases.

2017 was a year of many surprises with the official launch of the project and international performances, Including the acclaimed UK festival BoomTown. A debut EP and featured tracks on the Uncharted series at Dacru Records, led up to joining this leading label on a long term basis. You can expect an array of releases coming soon as the project is reaching peak productivity.
